Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver to Great Britain within 4 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) of receipt and completion of your order. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Orkney Islands, Shetland Islands, Hebrides and Isle of Man are not currently available.

Shipping costs will vary according to size of your item and location to dispatch it.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Deliveries take place to the ground floor, it means without assembling and without any possibilities of delivering upstairs.

Your parcel will be made ready for shipment within 24/48h (working days) after receiving your payment (under restriction of stock availability).

Delivery time: Once the parcel has been shipped, the delivery time may vary between 3 and 4 working days according to location. The delivery will be accordingly delayed if there is a weekend. Unfortunately delivery times cannot be chosen.

North Great Britain: within 4 working days

South Great Britain: within 3 working days

Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the number of ordered items. In case you have bought more than one piece of a same model then discounts on shipping costs will be applied. Discounts are detailed in every product description.

For bulk orders, we can offer you attractive prices. Feel free to contact us via our business orders area in order to receive an estimate.

Our partner

For an optimal delivery service, ALTEREGO has decided to work with DPD (Parceline), a professional transport company.

All our products carry an insurance against transport damages.

Tracking number

As soon as we have received your payment, when your parcel is being dispatched, you will receive an automated email including tracking details.

A tracking number will allow you to follow your parcel in real time right up to your door. You just have to enter it on the transporter's website: www.dpd.co.uk

In case you do not receive your tracking number, please let us know at info@alterego-design.co.uk and mention your order number. We will then send you back a new tracking number.

If you have an active Spam-filter, please bear in mind that our emails will possibly end up in a Spam-folder.

In case of failed deliveries

1/ In case you are not present to check and sign for your parcel, the driver will leave you a notice and will come back the day after.

2/ If the next day you are still absent, the delivery man will leave you a second notice and you will have to contact him within 5 days to fix an appointment with him.

3/ After 3 failed attempts, the delivery man will leave the parcel into the undelivered DPD depot. You will then have 7 days to pick it up before it comes back to us.

We cannot be held responsible for non delivery of items if the given delivery address is not correct or incomplete (i.e. no house name or number/street details etc).

Unfortunately, if this should occur then you will be liable for the costs of the item to be returned to us and then re-dispatched back to you.

Reception of your order

At the time of delivery, please check the parcel condition. If this one seems to have been damaged during the transport, it is imperative to specify, through the delivery note, acceptance with reservations concerning signs of damage before accepting it. However, it is not necessary to unpack the item, to check it and to assemble it in the presence of the driver. In case of defective products or damaged products, please let us it know within 48 hours after reception of the parcel. Our after-sales service will give you a response as quickly as possible.
NB: After this period, complaints about parcel condition won't be accepted.
